My problem with vocabulary of TOEFL


Hello

I have two question 

1- I found in the website many vocabulary for toefl exam

one of them 450 words book named (essential_words_for_the_toefl)

other 1700 word ipt toefl 


so , I studied and Saved in the my memory first one then I found other one

know do you think 1700 words it's good for me to study 

help me in exam toefl , let me know to start learn it and saved in my memory

I'm so confused

2- vocabulary the ipt  same the voc paper-based

Hello, BH. Any word lists that you find for TOEFL are useful. There is no need to feel 'confused'. Simply learn as many of the recommended words as you can.

Sir , there are a lot of them in website

may be more than 5000 words

which words recommended in toefl exam

or which use it in our live

I hope make section here for vocabulary of toefl
