My problem in these sentences (relative clauses)

Hello

Please pay attention to these sentences :


1.The list below is restricted to show only bugs believed to affect version 11.2.0.4.
Other bugs may affect this version but have not been confirmed as being relevant yet.

2. Price is high enough that people risk being arrested ans jailed to go after these animals


My question is :

Are "being relevant" and "being arrested" relative clauses in these sentences ?

if Not then what are those ?
