My previous post

Regarding my previous posts, I was trying to know where to put the main verb when there are so many words in between ("heavy movement as CJ put it). And with all the answers and talks going around here , I've come to one conclusion; when the main verb is "to be", the noun (subject) and the verb should always be placed next to each other and the rest of the statement after them.
