MY POEM: PROMISE OF A TRUE LOVE



PROMISE OF A TRUE LOVE

spring, summer, fall or winter

No matter what time of the year

in a far away forgotten graveyard

was blinking a glittering fire

Who was that? a ghost?!

No on ever dared to near.

but it was she

who promised:

he or she who died sooner

the other keep lightening the grave forever

no every night she comes there

sits beside and puts the candle on fire

and tells about the past sad and sweet memories

for him to remember

and then she complains

that getting there

is now so hard for her

and that she never promises
