My opinion

Discussing a situation on a current topic:

For me, I feel differently about what's currently happening. Or

To me, I feel differently about what's currently happening.

What's the difference between using for or to in this context?

It is my opinion that either "for me" or "to me" would be redundant. I wouldn't use either one. The rest of the sentence "says it all".
