Letter Writing
My motivation letter.
Greetings everyone. Could someone please take a fresh look on my motivation letter. I will be thankful for any advice by improving it.
Dear Sir
I am applying to your bachelor “Financial management” program. I have read about your bachelor program, and after it has sparked my interest I decided to enroll.
My enthusiasm to finances comes from my interest for the stock market. For some years now I have been trying to deepen this interest for the finance world, by reading quite a lot of books, as well as other forms of media and in doing so improve my knowledge in this area. I do not stand still and am eager to learn more things every new day. After graduating secondary school, I understood that I did not have enough knowledge in this sector. I started to educate myself by using internet sources and e-studies.
The reason why I chose Denmark and “Business Academy of Aarhus” as my place of interest is its remarkably modern form of education and appealing studying atmosphere. Also Danish companies offer many enterprises where I can complete internship, to take a fresh look on a subject of my interest; I also plan to benefit from wider opportunities.
I think of myself as a determined, friendly and self-motivated person that likes to make new contacts. My main hobbies are different kind of sport activities. I’ve been into sports since I was a kid and it taught me discipline, which has changed my life for the better. I’m also quite fond of psychological and self-improvement literature.
Since both, the finance sphere and your university are international and this bachelor program covers many international aspects and my wish to join only increase. And I am also interested in mastering different languages because I consider it as a useful and perspective way to adapt in new culture, environment and better understand local people, that’s why the opportunity to learn Danish is very appealing.
I believe that my knowledge in finances as well as my personality and skills in interaction with other people would make me a great candidate for your bachelor program.
