help me to correct my motivation letter please. i want to register in master degree. my english is not very well. thank you
Motivation Letter

Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to apply for your International Business and Management Program. My aim is to work as a lecturer at Polytechnic in my country, State Polytechnic of D. I am seriously considering specializing in International Management by increase deeper theoretical and practical knowledge in international management. Consequently, I hope I can share my knowledges to my students and to be professional teacher in my field so I am able to help my country to face a global economics competition. We know that most of country, especially Indonesia, are facing to global economic so that we need the specialist people who know and understand about that, and I hope to be able to take part and contribute in economics development in my country.
I want to study at X university because of your outstanding educational system, focus on gathering relevant work experience, and your excellent facilities. Based on graduated statements from your university, I am confident of my decision. You have many lecturers who have work experience in international companies so I will increase my knowledge to be more expert not only in theoritical field but I also get great experiences in practical. Therefore, those will help me to know anything about management directly to professional people. Moreover, you have good management competency programs, so I know I can upgrade my experience with cross-functional challenges with broad economic in-depth knowledge. In addition, in your university I will learn about theoritical, practice and learn to make fast decision, so it is very usefull for my career as a lecturer in polytechnic. Beside that, I am very interesting about small group international because I know that culture very important to learn because development economics is related with cultures and socities, so I think I will be able to improve my knowledge and my characters building by learning the culture of people from the others countries. I know that studying in German will help me to build my skills, be able to work on my own initiative and strong teamwork, increase my practical experience by doing research projects, or case studies, and improve my communication skills.
After graduation this master degree, I will become a good lecturer and also be able to produce graduates which expert in Economic and Finance who are ready to be useful in the societies. As a result, I am able to make them understand and feel the real condition of work place in the future and be skillful. I think people will be more valuable if they have more practical skill to solve problems, because sometimes the real condition in life is different from the theory. Based on my goals above, I hope for ten years later, i will be a proffesor and professional or researcher, so that I can increase and share my knowledge for my country and societies. For this reason, I think it is the time for me to go beyond the horizons and acquire knowledge of highest level. The well-qualified and experienced faculty, excellent facilities, exceptional research work and the inspiration from the lecturers that given to students at your university would provide me an ideal platform for achieving my goals. I have chosen University because it fulfills all of my requirements and I am also fulfilling all of its minimum requirement for admission.
