my luggage has been lost, help write email
I need to write this in the email.
Hi,
The airline said they would deliver my luggage to the hotel by a courier but they made a mistake and brought the wrong one. The service is closed at this hour so no one was able to tell me when they would bring mine. When I called, the lady gave me the description of a luggage that matched the description of my luggage so at least I know they haven't lost it. I'll let you know more once the service opens in the morning.
