The wording is not smooth. It is also wooden, extremely awkward, unnatural and weird.

No. Bare minimum, you have to change 'to be' to 'is'. That said, I'm not sure that your playing about with these odd constructions is going to increase your proficiency in English. You can profit more from learning the more idiomatic I can't sleep if you keep talking.
