Are these sentences all acceptable?
A: or [My legs are asleep.] or [My legs have gone to sleep.]
B: Come here and give me your feet. I'll massage them for you.

'I cannot feel my legs' sounds rather serious, Jandi-- as if a trip to the hospital may be required. I would recommend either of your other two sentences instead. We also say that 'my legs are all pins-and-needles'.
