My lab report

The title of my lab report is: The comparison of survivorship curves of individuals in the Eastside Cemetery in Martin, TN My question is, does it make sense? Should I say "A comparison" or leave it as is or does the whole title sound bad?

I would say 'A comparison'.

As usual, Clive's suggestion is correct and "A comparison" is preferred. "The Comparison" is not acceptable.
