My knees are sore/painful after I sit on a small chair before my laptop for hours.

I feel sore/pain on/in my knees ...

Hi,

Do both of the above sound good and mean about the same? If not, how should I say it right? Thanks.

No, it is not a natural structure with 'sore' (which is an adjective, while 'pain' is a noun).
