My IELTS Writing Task 1

The charts below compare the rates of three types of nutrients in typical meals and how unhealthy it is when eaten foo much.

Breakfast and lunch tend to remain steady, whereas dinner and snacks have a gradual volatility in the percentage. Both meals are more fluctuant on the average percentage of nutrients.

Both breakfast and snacks contain sodium equally while lunch and dinner contains twice much as lunch. Sodium reaches at peak at dinner, at 45%. In comparison to it, saturated salt has an upward trend in every meals, except dinner. However, dinner accounts for far more of saturated salt, remains the highest point in both nutrients. On the other hand, added sugar has a dramatic growth in snacks, three times more than sodium. It hits the highest point with 42% of total. In contrast, breakfast, lunch, and dinner are nearly the same, rise by 3% to 4%. Although the major trend in most meals grow up slightly in every nutrients, added sugar experienced an enormous increase in snacks. Sodium also has the same growth in dinner.

In general, all nutrients are contained in each meal, esspecially dinner and snacks account for far more of the total sodium and added sugar.
