My house , which I bought vs The house I bought

How come

  • The house which I bought last year is worth 200000 dollars.
its a identifying relative clause

and

  • My house, which I bought last year, is worth 200000 dollars.
it's a non identifying clause

In both sentences you can leave out "which I bought" so why is on non and on identifying???

thank you
