"my head" is not clear when I get up?

Hello, guys.

Please compare

1. "When I get up in the morning, my head is not clear."

and

2. "When I get up in the morning, my mind is not clear."

I think No.1 is when you feel some kind of headache or uncomfortableness, implying mental or physical condition of the head does not feel great.

and No.2 is when you have a lot of thoughts and complication in your mind.

So, I think No.1 is correct and No.2 is wrong.

Are my thoughts correct?

Hi, I more or less agree with you. But why are you calling #2 wrong? It just has a different meaning.

So, are you confirming my idea above?

Let me summrize it, correct me if I am wrong.

My head is not clear: My head condition is not good. Also it could mean I have a
