My head is full???

What do you say in English....if you feel really stressed?

I hear non-natives say: My head is full. That sounds odd.

If your head/mind is full, it can be near to bursting (metaphorically of course). A thing that is near to bursting, breaking, falling down, etc. is stressed/under stress.

I don't know what I'm supposed to do when people keep stating that a certain expression sounds odd. There's a whole world of Englishes out there and in here. Do you expect to be familiar with every utterance?
