My grandfather is a lethargic person.

I looked up in the dictionary for the definition of 'lethargic', and I was surprised to find out that there are over 4 definition for that word.
Which definition(lazy, sluggish, slow, apathetic, idle) is most correct for the word 'lethargic'?
