My Grammer is correct?
Hi, everyone.
Could you please check my English sentence? that I need to write down about my job and responsibilities in English.
My job is nurse in diabetic mellitus unit. I am graduated nurse and just work for 1.5 year.
Staff nurse for almost one and a half of year in diabetic mellitus department. Clinical expertise and experience in wide aspects of medical area which including attending all care for patients health promotion,educating diabetic patients and attending pre/post operation care for eye surgery.

I take it this is for your CV/resume and part of a list, so that full sentences are not required? Staff nurse for almost one and a half years (this sounds quite clumsy though. It would be better to put 17/xx months) in the Diabetic Mellitus department.
