My friend's wedding

Talking about a wedding I went to a few months ago. I say:

It was probably the most enjoyable wedding I have ever been to. And

It was probably the most enjoyable wedding I had ever been to. And

It was probably the most enjoyable wedding I have/had been to as of late.

Or can I say it in the present tense? For example:

It is probably the most enjoyable wedding I have ever been to.

Are all useable? Please proofread and select the correct answer.

Thanks!
