Grammar

My friends and family ? Or my friends and my family?

Hi everybody I am looking for a more appropriate English grammar because I hope to improve my English writing and expression. I know some people may not take grammar so seriously but I don't feel comfortable to ignore grammar.

Which one is correct?

1. "My friends and my family like me.......
2. "My friends and family like me...
3. "My friends and my family members like me?...

or other?

On the other hand.

What is the difference between "family" and "family members"?

and I remember somebody saying that, for example, "the teacher and the nurse" and "the teacher and nurse" have very different meanings. What's that?

Thank you all in advance.
