My friend and I....

Dear Teachers,

Kindly help me the following:

If I say 'I and Pete...' then 'have' or 'has' is the correct form?.... in Present tense .... .

If I say ' Pete and I...' , or 'My friend and I...' then I would say Pete and I have, ... Pete and I are... .

Is it different in case we say 'I and Pete .... ' please?

(I hope it is clear what I would like to ask....:-) )

Thanks In advance
