My food is not so pretty as all that.

If I wasn't afraid you might district my guests from their food ,I would let you serve at table.Youven't seen my dinners. My food is not so pretty as all that .

Does it mean that you are more beautiful than food?

"not so pretty as all that", in itself, just means "not especially pretty" ("not as/so ~ as all that" is a set idiomatic pattern). However, in this example it is (as far as I can tell) also implied that "you" are attractive, and that this will contrast with the relative unattractiveness of the food.
