My first diary in english
Hi guys.
I want to check grammar in my first diary in English.
I am not sure this place is right to write this.
If there are any unnatural phrase or incorrect sentences, please tell me.

February 17. Thursday 2011
Today, I woke up in 7 o'clock.
Like the other day, I went to outside to breathe fresh air and walked around for 10 minutes.
And I washed my face and then put some skin essence on my face.
Tomorrow is my little brother's a graduation ceremony.
So, I went to downtown by bus to buy some present.
Actually, I haven't bought any present for him for 25 years.
Sometimes I really feel sorry for my indifference to him.
I've made up my mind to buy some present someday!
Now it's the time that I have to take my plan to action.
I went to bookstore, where many books and gifts are on place.
But it's very hard to choose the best one.
I get around for 3 hours and then finally I found great classic novel and diary book.
I wish he were satisfied with my first present.
