My favourite fruit

My Favourite Fruit Mango is one of the delicious seasonal fruits grown in the tropics.The mango fruit is a juicy stone fruit. It is a tropical fruit that is high in vitamin C. Mango fruits contain 10-20 percent sugar and are important source of vitamin A. They have a rich and delicious taste. The mango fruit is a large and fleshy drupe. The flavours of mango fruits range from turpentine to sweet. The skin of the fruit can be thick, thin, or leathery. The colour of the fruit may be yellow, green, or red. The mango is native to Southern Asia, especially Burma and eastern India. The mango exists in two races, one from India and the other from Philippines and southeast Asia. Mango is among the most economically and culturally important tropical fruits. The peel of the fruit and other parts of the mango can cause contact dermatitis in some people. Mango have been cultivated in south Asia for thousands of years and reached southeast Asia between the fourth and fifth centuries. The mango is now cultivated in most frost-free tropical and warmer subtropical climates.
