My father told me to...

Here is my question about reported speech:

“Go to bed and don’t get up till you’re called!” said my father.
  1. My father told me to go to bed and not to get up till I was called.
  2. My father told me to go to bed and do not get up till he was called.
  3. My father told me go to bed and not to get up till I was call.
  4. My father told me to go to bed and not get up till I was called.
I opt A. because our question here is an imperative. Is it Ok if I say D. is also fine here? Or D is better than A.

Thanks a bunch.

In my opinion, #1 and #4 are both correct, but #1 is best. Edit. The more I read them, the more I feel that there's no preference between 1 & 4.
