My father

hello, how to write to a judge a litter in behalf of my father. i don't live around him to speak in his behalf. going to court to evict a tenten.his a good man and help this tented out a lot. we had made busness with her by calling her at work to pick up the rent money. so we would call her a then she would ok us to do so because we could never find her at home.we had never no pomble with this befor. so how do i write to the judge explaning this.
