Hello, friends.
I have read the essay "Capital Punishment" (
http://www.123helpme.com/ethical-concerns-about-capital-punishment-in-the-united-states-and--view.asp?id=184047), I liked the author's work therefore decided to write my own option.
Let's begin with history.
Capital Punishment didn't practice in antiquity. All system of punishments was absolutely other: slavery, tortures, corporal punishments.
With development of prison system deprivation of freedom becomes one of the main types of criminal punishment. In the 19th century practically in all Europe opponents and supporters of mortal execution came to the conclusion that its publicity influences public customs badly that cruelty flashes often appear in those places where only the public execution was made.
Fedor Ushakov said:
"The death penalty is a nonsense". Speaking about need to use the death penalty as punishments, I want to agree with . The death penalty is a death. Each person understands it. We have to realize that the government can use criminals as workers. It is more favorable for mankind.
In conclusion, I want to say, that the death is a natural process.
People shouldn't kill each other.
