Proficiency Tests & Test-taking

My English

Dear teachers,
I need your advice! Last year I took TOEFL(87) & GRE(2.5 analytical writing, 440 verbal, and 800 math-- which is not important). I knew almost nothing about grammar, and only know vocabulary, and a good background in English. I liked English and by listening to English musics, I tried to repeat them and memorize them. And in movies, repeat them. In university entrance exams and university itself, my score was among the top students. My speaking and listening is quite good. I took a free discussion class, three months ago, and my teacher, who was native American, told me that I had no foreign accent, but I'm looking for vocabulary and have some mistakes to choose vocabulary.
I tried to learn grammar, and I have read and do tests of two online resource, and have reviewed Cambridge -Advanced Grammar in Use. Now, I have some problems to choose "the" and choosing between gerunds and to+infinitives. Now, I need to find a source to improve my English, for TOEFL. And is there any way to test my speaking? And my level of English?

P.S. I haven't done any model test for TOEFL, just official sources -- one or two set of model tests, and I haven't taken any English class out of school.

Compromises are seen as characteristics that one is willing to overlook in order for both parties to maintain an equal stance. For instance, a district attorney gets a case that involves a defendant that has been accused of child abuse, child neglect, and drunk in public. The defender's office bargains with the district attorney. At the end of their discussion the district attorney manages to get
