Hi,

A. Being efficient is my greatest strength.

B. My efficiency is my greatest strength.

C. My being efficient is my greatest strength.

I believe sentence A is the best sentence of them all. I much prefer the directness and simplicity of B.

However, are sentences B and C correct as well? Yes.
