I am really appreciate if someone can help me to correct grammar of this attached article. I need to hand it in this week.

Please write it as text if you want us to fix any parts but from what I read it seems quite well written. Its seems out of place to include "polyuria" with "want to eat a lot". Either it should be all technical or all common language.
