My description of a chart

Hi there,
I was wondering if it'd be possible to have you polish this article for me?
It is about the chart shown below.
Thank you very much.

London's subway system is the earliest one, which started in 1863, that is almost 150 years old. The youngest one is Los Angeles's, opened in 2001, only 9 years old. The systems in the other four cities were all built in 20 century.

The oldest subway system of London is also the longest. Paris's takes the second, which is almost 200 kilometers shorter than London's. Kyoto's and Los Angeles's are among the shortest, which are merely 11 and 28 kilometers respectively.

Interestingly, in spite of neither the oldest nor the longest, the subway system of Tokyo is the busiest, which serves 1,927 million passengers every year. Paris's as the second has 1191 passengers per year. Kyoto's and Los Angeles's are among the least, only having 45 and 50 million passengers respectively, aproximately 40 times less than Tokyo's.

Thanks, Ivanhr. BTW,
1) Shall I use Angeles' instead of Angeles's?

2) No offense. I kind of feel strang about "the least busiest." Shall I say "the least busy" or others?

The rule says that you should add "s" for singular nouns even if they already end with "s". If the pronounciation of such a noun is then awkward then it's acceptable to drop the ending "s", leaving the appostrophe alone (Angeles'). In my opinion, this is acceptable in the case of Los Angeles but I can't be 100% sure. You're right about least busiest--I overlooked that, sorry (least busy is fine).
