Good afternoon,

My name is Heiko Obermüller,

I am German living in brazil since 96 , and actual I am in a very new position , I am Jobless.
To change this situation if been working on my own CV internet site, but as I am working in a Portuguese spoken country since more than 8 years my English really passed away. For this matter I would like to ask if somebody please be so kind and have a look to my CV and my motivation letter before I publish my site.

service.Designated official location for political functions of the German
chamber of commerce, the German, Austrian and Swiss consulates.



Achievements:


Complete and successful transition from the outsourced international food and facilities management to proper in-house operation.
Responsible for the initial feasibility study, financial planning, hiring, training, operations and repositioning of the business club on the local market.

This transition included:
? Changing the entire kitchen production to Sous Vide cooking, being the first
commercial restaurant in Sao Paulo to introduce this technology.
? Preparation and Serving of up to 14,000 meals/month in 4 separate high standard
outlets.
? Keeping food and beverage costs always below 24%, resulting in increased
profitability for the Club.
? Development and execution of 120 new club activities per year such as social and cultural events.

strategies, hiring, training and operations.
Also responsible for special projects such as introduction of a 100% wireless service operation, special equipments, acquisition of the Cervejaria Chopp Haus, and the successful selling of the brand to the Kaiser Group 1 year after the opening, today Santa Cerva known as a special brand from the Kaiser group.
