my CV

Hie there. I'm not sure if it's correct what I'm tryin to express:

"A goal-oriented person with a structured mindset and the ability of merging common objectives among all the project participants together and balancing of different interests of them keeping processes consequent, costs and schedules within limitations."

Would somebody please help?
