My chance to get a residence

Would you like to read the following email and tell me how sure I can get a residence, scaling it from 1 to 10 with 10 being definite. Thanks.

I am very sorry for the delay in responding to you. I believe you will have a chance of receiving an offer of residence for July. I have offered out the 3 available units and their deadline date to accept is Monday, May 11 th. You are next on the list and also expecting another vacancy to arise, just waiting for confirmation.



I expect that you will hear back from me mid next week.
