My boss says this sentence is wrong! Why?

Why did my boss say this sentence is wrong? You have two behaviors, behaved and studious..so, they should have a plural in agreement, right?

Sentence:
You were well behaved in class and very studious, which are characteristics that a teacher really appreciates.
