1. My borother is in the hospital.2. Nobody is in the office.3. My dauther is in the house.4. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.I just feel like these structure of the sentences are new to me.This structure(is + a prepositional phrase).There is no other way to say, isn't it?p.s. I wonder there is a tag question for there is (like I did above.)

I just feel like these structure of the sentences are new to me. Well, Moon, that's a good thing. New is good. Learning new sentence structures will expand your ability to use the language.

This structure(is + a prepositional phrase). is perfectly valid.
