Letter Writing

My 'be or not to be' (part 3). Please, help me :)

Hi there,

I would like to ask for some help on my letter. Just two days ago I got back from where I had a job interview with so called ‘headhunter’. I was asked for a second interview with the end company unfortunately I got back to my country before I found the invitation in my email box... I really care for this job offer. I can't go back to too soon because of some things which I have to accomplish here, in my country (I need at least two weeks for it). I would like to write a letter to the headhunter person with explanation of this problematic situation and ask to wait patiently Emotion: smile Please, could anyone help me to have this letter written nicely and without mistakes? Thank you very much in advance!

Maria

Dear Ms. Xxxx
I am very sorry to inform you that I find your email with the invitation for a personal interview with the [NAME OF THE COMPANY] at Friday evening when I got back to . However I am willing to go again to to meet with the [NAME OF THE COMPANY] person. Please, let me know when is the latest date on which you could set up the interview with the Company? I would like to know also if there is any possibility for me to have the interview via internet? This could make thing easier for me and speed up the candidate selecting process.

One more question also arises after our meeting on Monday, 15 September. Does [NAME OF THE COMPANY] offer a free Spanish course for its own employees?

Thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you about the feasibility of the solution to my problem.

Yours sincerely,
