1. Please share with us your career aspiration. What is your career goal in next 3 years and how will you achieve it?

In the fast-paced world of today, marketing is changing every day with every new digital tool. I love staying up to date with marketing tools and trying out new concepts and techniques. I find that highly fulfilling, especially when it is my own work and achievements.

Previously I explored various options, I considered several alternatives before I figured out my career path and my passion. Currently, I am doing an internship in digital marketing in the retail field, using an e-commerce platform. I understand how it works, and I am honing my skills every day and gaining valuable experience through improving my knowledge about growth hacking. I know what I want to do and the next stage in my career should be to be a growth marketer at a multinational company or a tech startup.

I admire people who are senior to me in my field, and I study them, and ask them what they did to become successful. I also like reading more about case studies of successful growth hacking like Uber, Airbnb, and Dropbox and learn new techniques, then execute them. I believe that hard work never killed a man.

1. Through your understanding about Coca-Cola Vietnam, what are your initiatives to contribute to Coca-Cola Vietnam's success?

Based on my understanding about Coca-Cola Vietnam and my background basically in E-commerce and some NGOs that I had a chance to work with, I have some initiatives in mind that I think will contribute to the growth and sustainable development to Coca-Cola Vietnam's success.

Firstly, I think that all FMCG businesses should focus more on E-commerce, and Coke is no exception. In the digital world of today, using a digital platform with advanced techniques will lead to increased productivity. An initiative that Coke should promote is E-Route-to-Market in a marketing life cycle process. I wish to champion in Coca Cola Vietnam.

Secondly, I know Coke did so many community projects and co-operated with NGOs or local government. How about if have agri-tech startups about food and agriculture in Mekong region will become partner with Coke. Sustainable development is important through preserver environment with the use of natural resources. I wish to convert my passion into action, and to make a difference and contribute to Coca Cola Vietnam's success.

1. How are your leadership skills shaped in other people's minds?

For me, the definition of leadership is based on inspiration. Have an idea and encourage people to do it together.

Through social activities that I did. In various projects, I have always brought positive results to communities. I inspired them to join with me to work for a better society with various themes, protecting the environment, safety immigration or even just creating a successful event. I called them, talked to them and shared the story of my own experiences or connected with each other joined hands. And achieved good results. where the goal was to ensure a successful event, a meaningful project, and other activities inspiring to the youth.

That is how my leadership skills shaped other people's minds.
