"my" and "personal" and "no particles"

When you use the phrase, "Speaking from," which form would you use?

Are all forms acceptable?

Today, I had a class dealing with this phrase and some of my students wrote all these patterns.

1) Speaking from experience, people become stubborn as they age.
2) Speaking from my experience, ~.
3) Speaking from personal experience, ~.
4) Speaking from my personal experience, ~.

I am not super confident about whehter you can omit "my."

So there is no "official" rule for it. Is it entirely a matter of each person's preference?
