Must/Should?

If a conversation happens like:

A: I'm feeling sick.

B: You should be more hygienic, such as washing your hands.

Does that mean that the person is implying that the person SHOULD wash their hands, or MUST wash their hands?

How about:

A: I'm feeling sick.

B: You must be more hygienic, such as washing your hands.

Does that mean that the person is implying that the person SHOULD wash their hands, or MUST wash their hands?

Thanks!!!

Does that mean that the person is implying that the person SHOULD wash their hands, or MUST wash their hands? It is a strong suggestion. You might say that person B means "must" but is trying to be tactful.
