"Must not be able to ~"?

[1] If my computer has a problem, I must not be able to enter to Facebook and Youtube either.

These days, there seems to be something wrong in the internet line I'm using. I couldn't enter other web-sites except for Facebook, Youtube, and here. He said that my computer has a problem. But I don't think so.
I want to say like [1].

"Must not be able to ~". Is it a correct expression?

Thank you in advance for your teaching.

Son James I must not be able to enter to Facebook and Youtube either. Completely understandable as is, but I think we'd more likely say I shouldn't be able to enter ... either , with the "expectation" meaning of "should".

I think he means Not these, so not those either rather than Not these, so not either of those.

I was attempting to make a reasonable stand-alone sentence. But yours would be best in the context of other sites, some of which were not accessible.
