Must have/Must have been

A. You said I didn't pick up the phone. I must have been taking shower then. Otherwise, I would have picked up the phone.
B. When I met Jack, he looked angry with me. You must have told him the truth. I told you not to tell him the truth.
C. When I saw you yesterday, you looked exhausted. You must have been working hard.
D. I haven't seen him for three hours. He must have been driving for two hours. The sentence could mean he is still driving and also he is not driving now,right?

Are the sentences correct with 'must have/have been'? Thanks a lot.?
