must, have to, have got to

Can I say:

Must I go now?

Have I got to go now?

Do I have to go now?

These are all good.

I'd say "Must" is the highest register and "got" is the lowest.

Edit. I agree with Goodman that "Do" is the most frequently used, although in some communities "got" may be the casual favorite.

I always say Do I have to go now?
The others are also correct, but I don't use them.
