Must & have to

Are there different usage between the words "must" and "have to"?

There are three questions, which word is more suitable to fill in the blanks ?

(1) You _________ be careful with the vase, or your mom will kill us.

(2) He said that they ________ work hard.

(3) His brother was very sick, so I ____________ call the doctor.
