Must have PP in the future meaning

Hello....

must have PP cannot be used to refer to the future events?

For example, You must have made a lot of money by the end of this decade.

You're right.

You must make ..... = command - from now into the future

You will have made .... = prediction about the future

Must have + pp is used when logical deducing in the present about past events. This process by definition must be about past events.
