Hello, everybody!!!

John must have completed the job.

That sentence can mean all the meanings below?

1. I am sure that John completed the job.

2. John is required to have completed the job.
ex: You must have completed two years of graduate studies to apply for this job).

3. I am sure that in the past, if the situation permitted, John would certainly have completed the job. Actually John didn’t complete the job because the situation did not permit.
