Just wonder what is a correct form of a question. How he must have felt? How other people must have felt? this type of question I have never met. So is this a correct form or is it a correct to use it just in a sentence. 'must have felt'?

As with any other question, invert the subject and the first verb of the statement form. It doesn't matter that the first verb is a modal verb.

He must have felt ... > How must he have felt ...?
Sally would have gone ... > Why would Sally have gone ...?
Those people could have been seen ... > When
