must have been not?

Hi all,

I have a question regarding the usage "must have been" in a negative sentence. Is it okay to say "It must have been not a good one". What I'm trying to say is I'm guessing that it wasn't that good". If it's wrong, what am I supposed to say using "must have been".

Thanks a lot.
