Hi,

What is the meaning of muscle memory in the following text?

I'm saying that if our shooter is Belinda- and I believe she is-then she has retained the muscle memory from when she was raised as a girl.

Without more context, this apparently means that Belinda was raised in a family where she was taught how to shoot well. The victim apparently was killed with a very accurate shot, say, exactly between the eyes, a shot by an expert gun handler.
