Please help me correct the title of a newly-opened building. Thanks!

Here is a newly-opened swimming pool at my school, Yangmei Junior High School, Taoyuan City.
Is the title “Taoyuan Municipal Yangmei Junior High School Educational Swimming Pool” correct and natural?
